We are extremely unhappy with our property management company.

This is the first time I have ever heard anyone prefer the VRBO app over Airbnb.

Apparently they take preferred interest in your company or have you sign a UCC cash flow agreement.

There are lots of markets that meet this criteria and you will find PM companies of all sizes in those markets. 

There is one city where I rent some houses and almost everyone that calls ask who the PM is and say they won't rent from anyone that uses X company as their PM.  

A lot of clients I work with in NY invest here because it's one of the hottest real estate markets in the US and has some of the best macroeconomics - population growth, job growth, and companies moving and developing here.

I'd really prefer to just adopt something that another PM has already used and found success with, or use it at least as a framework that we adapt from.Appreciate any feedback that you think might be helpful.
