Looks like the fed has chosen inflation instead of more rate hikes for time being so should prevent that from becoming a reality. 

I own real estate investments and I own other asset classes like stock, crypto, etc. and there are pros and cons to all of them.I will say there is nothing wrong with selling your property and utilizing the cash elsewhere.

Chosen right, some of those South side neighborhoods may become hot, and give you large amounts (percentage-wise) of appreciation.

I and not taking about “A+ only” - schools, but the difference between C to F.The families that live outside their preferred neighborhood school have to apply and the places are chosen by a computerized lottery.

Now with the resulting inflation it would cause people would move to crypto currencies.
