ATTENTION PROPERTY MANAGERS ‼️ I Need Your Help
1 August 2024 | 71 replies
Hi Calvin,We pay for all property management technology fee's, etc... and that isn't a separate bill per se.Those are our standard operational expenses so on us to pay for.It would be like McDonalds charging a per burger fee for tech they use hahaWith that said, many folks don't realize how much it costs to be a full time "property manager" and not par time property manager like many realtors are forced to become due to client demand. When you are a brokerage and only focused on property management and not sales, it becomes a very expensive exercise making your company efficient and being able to offer an above par service to tenants and landlords.

Knowing of course that it is an IRS untaught method to their people who Audit return (of our SIC codes)-- An unknown fish so to speak that might cause them to simply redline it costing the customer big Bucks $$$$$$$$$ (and anxiety). The tax savings on a $30,000 write off should buy quite a few Mcdonald's cheeseburgers.

We need more energy for data centers (already an issue) and we need much more capable batteries for robots. If a robot is flipping burgers you can just keep it stationary and plugged in, but if you want a robot to move around on a construction site and build a home you need freedom from the cord and a lot of power to lift heavy objects.

G’Day BP folks,A fellow Toledo investor started a Facebook group revealing all local scammers.Mostly contractors.10+ years of investing in Toledo and stopped counting at $1m in losses. It’s just the nature of the beast and the cost of doing business in my eyes.Unfortunately, Toledo is notorious for bad operators and poor quality of workmanship in many industries.Maybe this group will help you not loose the same amount of cheese that I did $$$You’re welcome 😇 https://facebook.com/groups/786864700099337/

For what it's worth, some ideas I've seen pitched are grocery bundles (e.g. a breakfast bundle for 2-4 people with eggs, bacon, bagels, cream cheese, and OJ all pre-stocked in the fridge), meal kits, a pre-stocked drink fridge, charcuterie boards, premium coffee selection, bike/e-bike/scooter/kayak/canoe rentals, video game consoles, upgraded work-from-home office amenities (e.g. oversized computer monitor), etc.I'm not a lawyer, but cocktail kits, bottles of wine, local craft beer, and other alcoholic items seem like they would fall into a grey area from liability perspective.
