Is the inventory piling up or selling in the neighborhood.

I'm primarily Texas and Arizona with interest in Huntsville with it as a central hub location for that part of the country.

If rates come down at all I predict we’ll be back in a strong sellers market (competitive offers, steep appreciation etc) because inventory is still low.

Heating costs can be a killer on larger buildings with central boilers, especially in colder climates.

Have 2 corporate clients selling inventory, starting a small subdivision development in SC, Clemson-area, and would love to know more about what you are up to. 

The sale price will most likely be around $500,000 and the mortgage is currently about $200,000.I plan on using the profits (let’s just say $300,000) to build an ADU on property that my family owns in Central Oregon.
