Much like a reputable breeder remains a resource for a dog they have bred & sold, I will remain a resource for both my buyer & seller, throughout the remainder of the transaction.I get the remainder of my wholesale fee through the title company, at final closing.

It can be scary for those that are risk averse to a fault, compounded by the fact that all they know is that their Uncle Sherman rented to a meth head with 5 kids in one unit and a pit bull breeder with an anger problem in the other.

In Los Angeles there is a limit to 3 dogs and 3 cats unless you are a breeder with a license (I used to run a dog rescue and got very familiar with the laws).
