It goes against your bold to a degree as 100% is a bad focus but it should be the primary focus.

I think they're trying to prop this up enough to refinance long enough that the top of the stack is made whole.I am going to make the "bold" prediction that every LP in Fund 1 takes a 50-100% haircut when this thing is liquidated.
