Chris, Agreed & I see a VERY low probability that interest rates will be in 4s or 5s in 2025, so those deals with variable rate debt will likely continue to bleed.

Because there is so many novices who jump into STR without the skill, knowledge, ability to actually operate it and rapidly are bleeding-out.

You need to stop the bleeding.

It really sucks to bleed cash and live in a job site for 2 years, though. 

The numbers just don't pencil, and you'll be bleeding cash more often than cash-flowing.

I am barely looking at them because with my underwriting (that some would consider conservative), even properties below retail bleed cash.  

My options are about ready to explode (via SQQQ) as the stock market does a slow bleed into the election.

If that happens, then you will need to set aside certain funds as "band aid" to stop negative cash flow bleeding.

I just keep driving the LOANS (notes) and sure, I do some business, I kinda try, kinda, but yeah, it's bleeding $ like crazy, loosing millions every month on the biz side of things but hey LOANS (notes) keep coming in so it's all good.
