I was a beekeeper in the past and had a business removing bees from unwanted areas as well as working with swarming bees. 

You can sting it out, but if they start to push back it will cost a lot more than 23K hiring attorneys and all.

Just saw this....although that may not be illegal in some states it is certainly un-ethical IMHO Yeah...but on a positive note cslb sting just nailed 13 trunk slammers in El Dorado county:)
