i dont know why people are bashing you for writing multiple paragraphs, that was hands down the best thing i read today.

It's not passive-aggressive to say: I legitimately regret making a vulnerable post asking for encouragement, only to be met with an expert bashing me for mistakes I've already enumerated and taken responsibility for and measures to fix; and offering me advice I've already taken to heart.

;-P To be bashing any profession as whole is not conducive to the conversation.As someone else stated, the inspector will list all things he finds, great and small.

However, Grant often bashes on other types of real estate investing when it often just makes more sense.

I have a HELOC, so when I want money out of my house I just take it out.Anyway, sorry if I hurt your feelings or anything, but it's a bit annoying to try to help people and have them bash you and refuse to listen, so I get a little carried away sometimes.

So people can start bashing on me for this, but I don't see a significant problem and haven't had one. 

You did not do business with them and are still here bashing them online.

Don't be bashful about asking for something in return.

Perhaps you both should go bash on someone else's post for a while and let the people who want to help chime in on this one.
