In areas like Dallas or Fort Worth, I’ve seen professional cleaning range from $300–$600, especially when dealing with pet-related cleaning like removing cat hair from carpets.

Joe its all about NPV  and rate of return for investors.. either way your going to take a pretty big hair cut out of your equity to do what your wondering about. 

I want to put slightly better everything into my remodels than a "good" remodel  Not a monster leap, just a hair better on the appliances, fixtures and flooring. 

We do have a few other investments besides RE, but they are baby investments.I'm very comfortable with my RE investments which have proven themselves over the last 30 years.

The house build  course is pretty straight forward  and walks you like a baby through  every step from finding the land and entitling it to building and selling.
