I mean you guys got those notes read them I am sure ( since it was very plain english) understood them )  Notes go into default all the time.. does not make it criminal or a ponzi .

The last point I would make is that people sometimes think of Mexico as the wild west, because information is much harder to come by, especially online in English. 

A duplex in the $100-200k range with a target CoC return of 8-12% is definitely within reach, especially in some of the emerging neighborhoods.In terms of areas, you might want to explore neighborhoods like Bagley, East English Village, and parts of Grandmont-Rosedale.

I got very good at English as a second language listener but it takes some work.
