Fast forward to 2011/12, I bought my first personal home and their mortgage division hosed me so I went elsewhere for my mortgage and their homeowner and auto rates were WAY more than Allstate; moved all my insurance over to them and they're still the cheapest and have been fantastic to work with.  

Not exactly a match since it does cover things like finding prospective tenants and auto-rent payments, I think it has value in more DIY landlording situations where you want to take over the functions of a property manager and save the fees. 

Hughe plus of its with in walking distance then you don't have to deal with auto rates or lines.

An area with lack of good tenants or management is an auto red flag.

Auto rent collection is amazing to set up.

I'm looking for someone that will shop more than a couple of underwriters.We currently have USAA and the customer care is fantastic but while auto rates are fantastic I feel that the property rates could be better.
