Because it's Mexico, many of us tend to have that condescending attitude thinking of course, it's Mexico!

Although not a big deal, my tenant that is renting my property through THD is typically more demanding with an attitude of "I don't care, the insurance company pays for everything".

People are just to involved in others lives that that can't manage their own respectful and dignity is out the window in this time of humanity,..we should just stop pointing and be right in doing so if we have to be such ruthless running to the top for that reputation and greed of money ...it will all be gone and by then who s helping u and yours cause it will only get worse with that attitude. 

Even PMC has different attitude across different cities.One thing that I learnt from all these experiences, pop-and-mom PMC works way better than nationally-recognized PMC.

@Renay Reese@Nathan G.I used to take the whole “I am a tough guy and can handle myself” attitude until I was actually assaulted by a tenant.

You could also take the attitude of @Randy Bloch.  40% - 50% leverage isn't hard to come by. 

I feel really bad for the LP who simply created the post seeking for help and guidance (and as it turns out will lose their entire investment, which it appears the sponsor did not care to notify them about), only to be met with vindictive attitude vs. one of humility and compassion.
