The repairs and maintenance on 25 year old mobile homes is sky high, the uncollected rent and evictions on park owned mobile homes is astronomical, and I bet the owner isn’t carrying any insurance.

@Jake this was the case for me specifically for the deal I mentioned... but certainly not every Seller finance deal will be the same. 30k is astronomical for a "turn-key property", and would not be suitable for Seller finance terms anyways.

Not ideal and not the route I'd advocate, but bearable.In other instances, in which a financial/tax service provider promotes non-compliance to unwitting consumers, the potential costs can be astronomical to all clients.Consumers of financial & tax services should always seek - and get - total transparency from their service/product providers.
