I found some articles and old forum posts on BP last night that discussed problems with financing and insurance for this arrangement. 

Any article on the internet should be taken with a grain of salt and up to your discretion on how you want to take it and want you can gleam from it :)

There are tons of articles and Youtube videos to help you with setup and monthly management. 

I wish people would stop writing articles calling it a loophole.
