One was about VRBO sunsetting their subscription service to new hosts and the other was about them using rate consistency in their rating algorithm.

Meaning it’s not some crazy algorithm but it is super telling.  

They also have their own algorithm that calculates some of these things. 

I think they are struggling and trying different things with their algorithm.

Then determine which areas fit cost:rent using your accepted finance model Then run an algorithm on those areas to determine viability.  

Since IB has gotten so many positive remarks here, I may reconsider it, since it is weighted very high by the algorithm. 

Denver is an attractive metro for a few reasons, so I downloaded monthly price and rent growth at the zip code level from Zillow’s public housing data.I then used a ranking algorithm to sort the top 10 zip codes for investing based on monthly average price growth and monthly average rent growth (both by percent growth), from 2019-2024.

This all helps the algorithm. 

We guessed the Airbnb algorithm didn’t like us trying to cut them out.
