I wish i would have bought some land at Aurora state.. we bought a Hanger condo.. but it was for our airplane and STUFF lots of STUFF.Aurora since they got the tower is exploding.. and suspect you want one big enough for a Jet or turbo prop ??

I dont have a choice all my banks require at least annual update financial package to include :Tax returns.copy of all K 1sPFS  ( Personal Financial Statement)When I had an airplane loan that lender required the same.. and I think some DSCR loans require these ( I dont have any DSCR loans just what I have read )

I experience this pretty regularly with airport owned hangars, so the rules may be different on a ground lease, but airports tend to be touchy about what's in a hangar and have very clear cut rules about using hangars for airplanes

They are not checked for disease at the boarder, they are given airplane flights to your city with no TSA check, (they have no Identification) and are told to report to immigration processing two years from now which less than 1% follow that requirement.So, bottom line, I've bought houses from illegals, I've sold houses to illegals and I've hired illegals.

And then in comes the junk....we're now at 20 cars, a bus, an RV or two, a tow truck, washers/dryers, and even an airplane fuselage...yes you read that right.A bunch of us neighbors called the County of course and they sent out a Code Enforcement officer.

nice post...I have been there done that.. owned a few airplanes  ( those make cars of any cost look like a pittance) but I used them in business and they were fabulous write offs and very fun to use and it made my business better because of be able to maximize my time and spread my wings so to speak to markets I could never have covered if I had to rely on car or Gasp airlines.
