If the R2O buyer gives notice on their current place and your deal falls through at the last minute, those tenants would be scrambling to look for a place to live.I second this, not a good luck to just rush something through.

-Doesn't want to use one agent-Thinks agents just use Zillow and open doors-Wants off-market deals under 10% market price despite insulting same agent and wanting to use multiple at the same time-But no rush to buy, no timeline-Also open to multiple types of homes and within a few hour radiusI am sure you won't like my post but I like being honest on here.

ROC does a normal appraisal, but they can close very quickly if you place the loan on a rush  Joseph when I did those deals with you  in Dallas I think I used Kiavi and for me they did not do appraisals  but that was what 6 or 7 years ago..
