If you are like me, you are shocked and in disbelief that figure is accurate.

The real estate agents who are knowledgeable and doing a lot of deals each month will be the ones who can get you these accurate numbers.

To navigate the nuance in the laws properly for compliance and to accurately structure our LLC, I am looking to consult with an attorney who knows immigration + business + tax laws. 

What I said in an earlier comment about "section 179 can't be used to create a business loss", that wasn't entirely accurate/complete. 

I know there's a lot of details missing to actually give an accurate answer.

As for the project, I assume Current is doing the horizontal development and will sell the improved lots for vertical construction, is that accurate?

I feel that MLS is not accurate because not all property managers put them in. 

It's important to have a good understanding of the different areas of Cincinnati and Dayton, so you can assure that you're pulling accurate comps.

Are these still an accurate depiction of the neighborhood grades 8 years later?
