Sometimes we'll abbreviate the street name if it's a weird or long name. 

It's called a "recapitalization" (or abbreviated "recap") and it's fairly common. 

The book "What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow ..." by Frank Gallinelli  breaks down all the abbreviations and #'s.

To clarify, the abbreviations you're using for DMM is direct mail marketing and PPC is paid per click for a landing page right?
