The alternative to that is going to the Cape, Western MA, as well as adjacent states with coastal/lakeside properties where many of us New Englanders vacation. 

There are Markets in the western states like Vegas or Reno that offer a balance of cashflow and equity returns. 

I’m thinking with Metro, University Hospitals, and Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Med School in the area, there should be no shortage of travel medical professionals coming to the area!  

I have been on New Western's deal list as well as another bigger local company and everytime I underwrite these deals there is very very minimal left on the bone let alone contingency funds for going over budget on the flip...

If I'm not mistaken, you'll need to setup your RRSP with Trust holding company such as Olympia Trust or Canadian Western Trust, etc. 

Lots of folks here on the western slope look to move there.

Western Oregon is surprisingly composed of smaller single family lots, usually around .10-.15 of an acre.

Is there something like off-market commercial deals where I can search them (like Investorlift or New Western for residential) ? 

So, we need to make our dreams work here in western WA.
