Mine moved to the US as immigrants and started a business.

Two Reasons: First, because 50M people in this country either work gig jobs or are illegal immigrants, when they lose their jobs or have their hours scaled back, it doesn't show up on official unemployment stats.

In the UK for example we have a simple LTR model, which works well and is very hands off.

My wife is a first generation Mexican immigrant and she loves real estate.

We will use the British or UK model which is primarily used in the India and China markets where we will be marketing to.Quality grades:  This is a general discussion, there are more detail determinants, I am not showing.A- basically no flaws, generally 100% "Heart" wood. 

It was put in place because the feds have increased immigration for the last ~10 years (over 5M people or 8% of our population) to the point that we now have a housing shortage.

Education standards must be raised so that students actually use their heads for something besides hat racks (allowing them to actually earn a living) and have ready access to birth control (all types of) so that some mistake doesn’t derail one’s entire life.Slow down immigration, too.
