Sometimes years.So I’ve found that leveraging brokers and being super clear on my criteria is a better use of my time.  

They'll need fast reliable wifi.

Another trick from investers I’ve worked with is chatting up folks at local meetups who’ve recently navigated the same municipality.. they’re often happy to share how fast or slow things move.

I would love to have some clarity and steering in the right direction as to the best source for FHA loan information and caveats, as well as any tips for a 22-year-old single investor planning on house hacking for my first real estate investment.

Homeowners will always pay more than investors, and the easiest way to get the property in front of the masses fast is to list it. 

You can find multiple good deals, we are growing at a very fast rate with multiple industries coming here.
