No matter how much currency is in circulation, if it doesn’t move this causes deflation.The elites know how sluggish things are right now.

I was feeling aggressive last night and used the Rental Analysis tool  to analyze a deal for every apartment building in Tulsa and apparently it overloaded the system.I am not sure what the limit is, but it started acting sluggish around 14,000 units.

I believe that in the area we are in the market is extremely sluggish.

ETC are great but they have become slow and sluggish in the last year or so. 

Now its one year worth of interest.If my scenario of sluggishness economy for a few years doesnt pan out i may be a bit sad cashing out a cd early.there are some reg A offerings  ( don't need to be accredited ) that pay 6%  are the bottom of the capital stack ( safest) with 30 day calls..

It looks like the Fed is probably going to cut interest rates due to a sluggish economy.  

Sluggish?

In my area the following have either remained unchanged or improved a bit during the last several months: unemployment housing prices local large business profits Seems to point to a very sluggish recovery ....

Perhaps they will continue to plod along with sluggish economies and population/job growth for the next 50 years?

Last year was a great year, but this year the foreclosure auctions have been sluggish, so not much moving with the flips.
