The last thing you want is for the courts to shut down again and this tenant of yours milk you for another 6-10months.

Now, I typically only use them to skim stats on reviews and the more basic items. 

If ya sit down and think this through, it's a brilliant way to just milk, Milk, MILK investors and walk away scot-free....

It can be a simple solution or it can be through a civil trial for damages.You are confusing maybe, fraud, equity skimming, wire fraud and fraudulent schemes and artifices which have clear definitions.

Not many people want to live with 5 random strangers while simultaneously sitting on milk cartons as chairs.

I recently purchased the planner workbook that goes with the book and I’m skimming the book again filling out my plan in the workbook.

I have only skimmed over the thread and paid attention mostly to your pics and updates.  

The more experienced ones know how to drag out the eviction process and milk the landlord for tens of thousands or even extort you to pay them to move out.

JD, I'd agree about cat pee.....it has something in it that will make you see Jesus, even with a respirator....But that house that had 9 dogs locked inside of it had this beautiful wide-plank flooring, Ponderosa Pine...unbelievably gorgrous.....I had it sanded once and got about 50% of the smell, twice, maybe 75 %....third time got 95%.Primer/paint did little.....finally had to have the walls and ceilings skim coated with new texture...throughout the entire almost 3000 SF house.
