I haven't advertised a rental on Craigslist since 2010 and it was full of scammers and other problems back then.It's hard to believe that site ever survived.

I think they just get NV corps for tax purposes maybe but they are not legal... and many are out right scammers..  

They didn’t create Norada to be scammers and crooks.

Tyler is indeed a scammer.

I have been calling and sending a few apartment complexes, joined facebook groups to find landllords looking to lease (there are alot of scammers in those groups)Good news though!

If we can't show, usually just talking to the potential resident and taking the time to assure them that we aren't scammers or slumlords is enough to get their commitment to rent.

You can pay a flat fee listing service a few hundred bucks to upload a listing (you'll have to answer calls, schedule showings, set up a lockbox, get a sign, vet potential buyers, avoid scammers and people trying to sell you stuff, negotiate and manage the sale yourself).
