Hi everyone,Curious to know if anyone with 10+ listings recommends a property management software that will keep up with scale, as well as could work well with Direct Bookings?

I have some of the required funds in a HYSA, but will most likely need to draw from another account and I'm curious which method is the most efficient in terms of taxes/capital gains, penalties, loan repayments, etc.Based on my previous transactions in the market, I estimate ~$45k cash to close: $20k for the down payment, $15k for closing costs and prepaids, and $10k of starting reserves.

Just curious - what tool are you using to create these graphs and tables?

I’m also curious about local regulations for STRs.

I know depending on where an investor is in their fix and flip journey and the market this will vary, but Im curious because I feel like this is important when it comes to a good deal since some investors might not mind making less to have more doors. 

I’m still new to the Pittsburgh area, and I’m curious to hear from others more familiar with the market:* How much of a drawback is street-only parking for renters in Pittsburgh, especially during snowy winters?
