@Chris Hutchens I’m in Canyon Lake just north of San Antonio.

It does not need to rain nearby to get a flash flood down a wash, that is why hiking slot canyons requires a knowledgeable permitted guide (definitely a bucket list item). 

Castle Hills and Indian Creek contain a mixture of single family homes, townhouses as well as condos among others in Carrollton while Canyon Creek and Prairie Creek neighborhoods in Richardson offer updated single-family homes with good schools nearby.

I was at the Zurixx guys office in Provo  and been to their events but never funded anything.they had not so great product and I did not want to fund it..

A couple up North here then some around the Provo/ Orem area and a few in St George.

Close to Castlewood Canyon and Cherry Creek Trail.

Market tucked in Dixie National Forrest and my rental has been booked pretty solid throughout the shoulder season. 1 hour away from both Zion, and Bryce Canyon national parks so good centralized location for those looking to see both. 

Then jump on landglide or onx and find out who owns the property. idaho, especially ada and canyon county has some funny development laws but a lot split would be possible.
