If you have an Iphone, you can create a separate folder for your photos which you can save your business receipts.An alternative option is using an online storage platform such as google drive, dropbox, etcBest of luck

RE investing is a numbers game so the more properties/options you look at, the higher the likelihood you'll land a good deal in a shorter amount of time.Only 6% of Suffolk 2-4 family properties listed since '23 have been triplexes and quads.

I have a senior living project with entitled land ready for development, and I’m exploring options to attract investors who would see the value in this growing sector.If anyone has experience or can recommend a specific approach or network in our area that would be worth exploring, I’d appreciate the insights!

I've reached out to lenders here on Bigger Pockets- but their rates & terms seem high (DSCR or just not good terms)- I qualify for a conventional loan, but my DTI is almost maxed so why pay an extra 2-3% DSCR when I don't have too.
