I want to make a lease agreement for a decent amount of rent, to cover my costs of major repairs just in case, and pay my Papa a couple hundred for lot rent so he can cover property taxes.

@Michael Ealy@Michael Ealyreading your entire post I couldn’t agree more that when you say treat people with respect, secretaries or teachers may have more money in the bank than lawyers or doctors , that part can totally apply to China , in China you never can see a person’s real net worth just by his/her job title, a mama papa shop owner may own 10 building worth multiple million dollars, a school teacher may inherit million dollar apartments from parents.
