This is consistent with data from sources like Zillow, Redfin, and the local Santa Barbara Association of Realtors.However, when I go to "Pick Markets" and select Santa Barbara, the median home price listed is $620,000, which doesn’t align with what I’ve observed locally.

I do not know how the two may overlap and I can only comment on what I've observed in the Philadelphia market, but if the Philadelphia values I've seen in past social media posts and the limited financials available through their filings pertain to REIT owned assets, I can't foresee a scenario where the investors receive anywhere close to the share prices in the event the entire portfolio were liquidated.
