Rents have gone up and landlords have stopped paying broker fees and it has gotten to the point where an NEU student, for example, who used to want to live on Hemenway St or Westland Ave has transitioned to newly renovated properties in Mission Hill.

Hi Quy, these practices and costs vary geographically in my experience.

Also a relatively recent NEU graduate, soon to be licensed salesperson in CT and looking for a brokerage.

It's walking distance to NEU and would serve a student well.
