Rates are higher, but if your goal is to BRRRR and recoup the funds, that might be acceptable to you for the first few rinse and repeats.

As well as coffee shops like Bottoms Up Coffee are moving in and small microbreweries like brew dog and Land Grant. 

Moving your properties into one LLC will protect them, and I would put the LLC in a trust.
