I live in Corktown, a small neighborhood immediately west of the Detroit CBD and I am a commercial real estate attorney just getting started with my own investments.  

I'm staying in the CBD.

Cannabis, hemp or CBD projects, indoors or outside?

This alone could stop you selling yours esp in touch market.It is clear or expected that bad time would come and it is within 2 years.I only own condos in CBD, very high cost place with high potential for capital appreciation.

You could bet on Tysons area the power CBD here, gap between brand new condo and older ones are not logical, eventually old ones will go up, but no cash flow here.

Australian property is pretty special like that especially in capital cities.For a decent size house in Sydney, within striking distance of the CBD - at this point one might as well budget for a million dollars.

It has always seemed counter intuitive that inner city RE is really prime land, near CBD, etc.

The central business district (aka CBD or "downtown") has very little vacant land.

The local police force has cracked down severely on the area since then, crime rites have dropped substantially and due to the unique location of this area (Located directly between the CBD of Cincinnati and the UC campus and hospitals) there has been a rennaissance in the area.

So far all I can keep thinking is that my clients that I work with need to read this book...they certainly fall into the trap of "sell to anyone" and "any client is a good client" they are a CBD skin care company and have spread themselves super thin between Ecomm sales, wholesale customers, and then within wholesale they have umpteen clients from Ulta all the way down to a local face mask bar.
