Credit karma gave me a score of 711, I know it is an estimate but I found it weird one had a score yet the lender got none.

  @ Mike Reynolds, I know that I operate in a different way than most people who wholesale in this regard, but my integrity is important to me and I believe in karma.

I opted to  provide my renters with a yoga mat, hand weights and the house pool is great addition to get some exercise! 

Bad mindset and horrible karma. 2) You must have at least some idea of where you want to head before just running around blindly.

I also have a 740 and a 760 on credit karma. 

Ahh Karma...I don't know but it seems it's _easier_ to make money being a guru than doing REI :)

I will update you guys in 3 months-6 months or until something more interesting happens haha I hope my updates/forum replies and more really helps other people and their journey and one day the good karma comes back to me or my loved ones
