My gut tells me that Homeland Security was one of the agencies he reported the “alleged” fraud to, and anything further was wishful thinking on his part.  

After all, Investors need to know which sponsors sue their own investors after allegedly losing their money and ghosting them.- If the OP is lying, we will expose that and call out the syndicator's innocence, of course.- If the OP is generally telling the truth, we will expose the syndicator's performance and behavior in threatening and suing their own investor as far and wide as we possibly can.

My question is - if he has developed a "good" software (allegedly) and has a system in place, why would he pay $10k for people to find him deals using his platform and system if he could just pay an employee to find him deals?

Because typically when I put a house up for sale, I will get a call from an agent that has (allegedly) a buyer, and they ask "are you willing to pay me 3% (or 2.5%)" and i usually work out something that works for both parties.But I wonder...is the buyer now responsible for paying their agent?

Although the call was educational, I did not learn of these allegations until a day later.
