well a great and wicked-smart consolidation would look something like get them all borrowing and high leverage, via getting the middle-man to sell your "crack" and for logistical ease, when time comes, do it in a way where your taking over masses by taking over the few "crack-dealers of finance".

Given the size of the transactions generally offered on crowdfunding sites, there aren’t enough secondary trades large enough to make the economics work systematically (besides the regulatory constraints) for Broker/Dealers to be incentivized to help LPs to redeem their positions via a sale/transfer to a new investor before the end of the investment period.

The caveat is also learning how to deal with appraisal contingencies when dealer with a lender that asks for this in their appraisal when the buyer is using a loan to close the deal.This is why I am trying to get out and move elsewhere in my real estate journey.
