I'm curious to hear from others across the US what innovative strategies their municipalities have successfully implemented to incentivize development and promote housing affordability through private investment and cooperation. 

Last many years has been age of adoption, not innovation.

This was a new purchase with a few vacant units so I couldn’t prevent the vacancy at this time of year but going forward I will make sure none of my leases are expire in NOV-DEC.

Entering the real estate market with $10,000 is not only possible–but it can be achieved through innovative investment avenues like FRACTIONAL Real Estate investing or investing in TAX LIENS - research these two options.

The ways involve a combination of undefined tech innovation and customer willingness to engage in unconventional transaction methods.There is options now, today, for buyers/sellers to transact real estate for 1% and less of the total transaction $.

Grocapitus is the most innovative syndication company I have ever seen though, so I would highly recommend attending their webinars and getting involved with them as an investor.For full transparency, his Marketing Director of Marketing and Social Engagement, Eric Bleau, has been my mentor for the past several months so I am a little biased, but, having personally been to multiple boot camps and having met several syndicators like Vinney Chopra and Anthony Chara, I can confidently say that Eric and Neal are two of the smartest, and most well-put-together players in the multifamily syndication world I've met. 

The tax payers of the world cannot pick up the tab for this waste of energy and so-called "innovation."

My spouse and I purchased a home in Nov 2023 (that we will move into in about 1.5 years), that has an additional 2 bedroom apartment and 1 bedroom studio on the property.
