Hey Aaron, any movement with KASA since we communicated how many months back? 

It’s been almost 5months and we haven’t heard any movement nor seen anything happening for landlords.

If you make $100k working 10-5 Monday through Friday with 3 weeks of vacation and your weekends are free, that might be time freedom to you.If you are into the FIRE movement, why do you want to retire early? 

I think there's a good chance that we will see little movement from the FED to see how the economy reacts to their last cuts and to see how the incumbent president's policies impact the country.

A small amount of movement in the rail of a screw-drive garage door opener can be normal, as it’s designed with some flexibility to handle the door's movement.

Points taken, the price movement is probably not as big of an issue as liquidating before I need to (at closing).

But I also doubt this requirement is a gentle no, and will make it difficult to rent.

I've listened to just about every podcast in the BP library, hell I was listening to "left field investing" before they got bought out back when they were on the "gentle art of crushing it". 

Keep in mind there is a big movement to provide housing for locals.
