Hi FrankI paid 210K deposit for 4 lots , so I am very frustrated & it was recommended to me I would get a faster response from the builder if I filed a complaint with the divisions of professions construction industry in FL who will send an investigator out for a full investigation.

If police smell it they may be able to investigate further.

Investigate what (if any) additional fees that they charge for handling evictions, and find out whether they go to small-claims themselves, or hire an attorney.

I did further investigation and it is my theory that their website was purchased so that it looks like they have an online presence since the early 2010s, and the extreme lack of online information on this company makes it very suspect.
