This month I will be setting up the Mexican corporation to be able to place offers and purchase real estate.

The Greater Phx area also has more places to expand, but be cautious of "island" developments that are separated from bigger cities. 

We're also seeking to buy a local (Raleigh / Durham) property management company to expand that business more rapidly.

We have been at this for about 4 years have 5 properties and 7 doors and are also looking to keep growing.
