I haven't really made a set plan just yet i do know that I want to invest in multi family or college rentals to add on to the cash flow from my w2 to start out first location is either long island (huntington, Babylon, patchauge) or upstate ny ( Oneonta , delhi )P.s. currently attend suny delhi majoring in construction management
