My advice is to do your diligence and learn the craft as best you can.

Should I be sued I feel like an attorney would be able to craft an argument that would convince a judge to let them "pierce the corporate veil" and open up exposure to all of my properties. 

However, if you feel you don’t need a tax plan that complex, there are tax planners who specialize in working with real estate investors and can help you craft a tailored plan that’s more affordable.

That mindset matters arguably more than anything else, because mindset crafts reality. 

Alot of people hear about wholesaling and think its easy, but it not, but like anything you have to learn your craft.

The folks that are masters of their craft will likely get paid more vs folks that just dabble. 

With that being said, I've got a lot less on mind if I just outsource it and a lot more time to spend perfecting my craft and developing other marketing strategies. 

Hello, I was wondering if there are any scripts available to craft offers for BRRRR/Fix-n-Flip projects that allow use to back out if the project will cost more/inspection is worse than anticipated, while protecting earnest money.  

It explains why very few flippers are adding single ADUs and if they are they are usually a conversion of exhisting habitual space (bunk houses, detached offices, workshops, craft rooms, etc.
