Lots of agents from Columbus in here.. 

A lot of investors like Ohio due to the high cash flow markets of Cleveland/Dayton or the solid appreciation markets of Columbus.

However, to clarify, do you intend to move to Columbus just to house hack?

I'm originally from Columbus Ohio which is where all of our projects are right now but I love miami dade county.
