.: @K S. here is Nike:Return on Assets   9.89%Return on Equity 36.38% To be fair if I could use Chinese slave labor, turn a blind eye to forced sterilization, and organ harvesting via the Uygur population, then turnaround to exploit, fund and exacerbate the racial divide in the US for marketing purposes and my bottomline, I could certainly juice my ROE.

people outside silicon valley just do not know that the silicon valley has been very dependent to India and China these day that even if the entire silicon valley has only 10 people, company can still operate because they have thousand engineer in India and China. This is very different environment than compare even 2015 where US is still having bargaining position.Lot of American tech product has been swapped by similar Chinese product , especially in Latam and Asia. The threat in CA is also rising because cost of business is rising a lot, so for company that can't strategically move to India they have to move operation and other thing to Texas or Midwest.

My main concerns about Florida include: Chinese Drywall (very toxic; found in older homes); HOA Restrictions; Lots of people/crowds; sinkholes (properties sinking into the ground); Red tide (dead fish found on beaches due to algae bloom); Homeowners Insurance costs (w/older roofs); Mold; Hurricanes/Flooding , New construction (not always built to quality)... these are the most common issues found in the Florida market. What zip codes would you recommend for a single family investment property under 300k to mitigate these concerns?

Not only you'd be against the government's interests but they've already proven they won't hesitate to arbitrarily infringe on your property rights. Why anyone would want to invest in a market where cash flow is deeply negative, the laws favor tenants  and the government does anything they can to prevent you from getting capital gains of taxing them mightily if you do get them is beyond my understanding. While it might make sense for a wealthy Chinese to park their money safely in a Vancouver property and not care about making money with it, it won't make sense for the average BP member who's in wealth creation mode.
