Those are points, but in my opinion, secondary and irrelevant to the Fed's charter of controlling inflation.And, if rates stabilize and the economy doesn't crash or change much from where it is today, I think it could very well happen.

5 Bedroom is large, but we get a lot of golf retreats, charter fishing, etc where there may 6 guys coming wanting their own room each.

Hello,How can I tell whether or not the property that I'm renting have a tenant occupancy certificate, the reason being it's a lot of work that has not been completed, I have questions and sent pictures to the landlord  the address in 413 Charter Oak Ave Baltimore Md. 21212 your help would greatly appreciated also the heat does not work and there's no running water in the basement literally the house need major repairs did not notice a lot of the issued until I moved in.

Hey guys, wondering what the locals think will be the impact of this from, here is the article from IBJ:September 6, 2016Hayleigh ColomboCarmel-based for-profit college operator ITT Educational Services Inc. announced Tuesday morning that it will permanently “discontinue academic operations” at all ITT Technical Institutes campuses.The company has already eliminated the “vast majority” of its 8,000 employees and canceled the fall academic quarter, which had been scheduled to begin this month, according to a statement released Tuesday morning.ITT Educational operates more than 130 ITT Technical Institute campuses in 38 states.ITT Tech announced a week ago it would stop enrolling students, and an Indianapolis charter school run by the companyhas also shut down.The move follows years of scrutiny by the federal education department over its recruiting methods and students’ educational performance, and recent actions that made itineligible to accept new studentswho relied on student loans.In its statement Tuesday morning, ITT called the federal sanctions “inappropriate and unconstitutional.""

They aren't looking out for the homeowner, they are chartered by the state to look out for the renter (ironically, paid for by the landlord and other taxpayers).Hopefully he can prove the damages happened after July 2014 so he can get reimbursed from Section 8 by the Housing Choice Landlord Guarantee Program.

And talk about predatory, points on my sale price, not good.As to originations, there are many RMLOs out there who think they are compliant in doing seller financing, actually not from several fronts, their employer/broker must have such loans in their charter, insured and bonded lenders aren't covered with equity funded notes, and if they do any volume they may have loan concentration issues of high cost mortgages, this goes much deeper than what our newish loan originator testing goes to that they learn and it doesn't even go into underwriting!
