We have an application and the tenant is going to be getting housing assistance form catholic charities out of Wilmington DE.I'm told it's kind of like section 8 assistance but I'm looking for opinions of people who have worked with catholic charities.The good and the bad.

They are working on a compromise now.Also, note that Dominion (gas) and First Energy (electric), have suspended utility shut-offs during the COVID19 crisis; And you can be sure that we need your payment more than they do ;)If you are out of work, you can apply for rent assistance from the Catholic Charities DIocese of Cleveland (CCDOC) ###-###-####.

HOWEVER the Lucas County Court also is inquiring about the source of rental funding - Section 8 and in my suspicion all aid agencies (Lead Families Home, Red Cross, VA, Salvation Army, Lutheran/Catholic/etc Services) are ALL FEDERALLY FUNDED.
