We are wanting to branch out into some of the smaller towns surrounding Longview and would love to meet investors with experience in the smaller more rural areas.

I've successfully completed a few house hacks in California, and am looking into branching out to the Midwest with small to mid multi-family to scale a bit faster.

Lots of the time, newer investors will be better served by house hacking in the market they live in before branching out for other investments.
