With all due respect, you can't ignore politics in real estate when politics injects itself into real estate.

For the lender, it is tax as interest by normal methods.If you deposit any personal funds into your business it's treated just like any normal "cash injection" that you provide.  

Hence they already tell to reduce the rate possibly in September.In all fairness to the unpredictability argument, the Fed had data showing massive spikes of inflation in 2021 while also knowing that the US government had injected trillions of dollars of stimulus into the economy during the pandemic but decided to pass it off as "transitory" due to "supply chain shocks" (not wrong, but wildly overblown). 

Sharma,Just a few things on the surface the deal looks great in terms of gained equity for the price plus injected costs to renovate/repair.

If getting another $100k in cash unlocks a large flip profit to keep scaling/injecting capital into your business or a great cash-flowing property that outweighs the increased capital cost on the triplex, then go for it.  

This will allow the constant injection of capital into your company while also allowing you to buy rentals, which is the end goal.

Stuy after study has shown that the less a person injects into a deal, the less likely they are to pay the deal back.

And by scale, you can hold more money back knowing that some assets may need an injection from the cash flow of other assets.  

And blackrock is leading purchase of their loan :-) LOL LOL So blackrock maybe buying with 30% discount ;-) again, consolidation by Blackrock and JP morgan- rather than going to TARP 2.0 , the gov. would just ask JPM to purchase those banks and Fed would inject free liquidity.- 8% years from now, everything is owned by Blackrock and JP Morgan.
