There have been cryptocurrency transactions recorded via blockchain, first one done in Vermont a few months ago, but there are so many components in a flip that using a cryptocurrency is not commonplace or practical just yet.

No offense to my real estate agents friends here but thinking out loud.Also, based on my little experience in Blockchain, I am sure that day is not far when we won’t be needing a tittle company and maybe an agent too to sell a house.

(disclaimer- this money these rentals give would have to be looked at as long term buy and holds and higher risk as its not my specialty and I cant even time the real estate market let alone a stock market or crypto/blockchain). ;)
