There have been cryptocurrency transactions recorded via blockchain, first one done in Vermont a few months ago, but there are so many components in a flip that using a cryptocurrency is not commonplace or practical just yet.

Real Estate is tested and proven over centuries to provide the opportunity for wealth with crashes once every few decades and Bitcoin is a unproven cryptocurrency that uses block chain technology.

Hey everyone,I'm going to preface this by saying this will be about blockchain technology and no, this has nothing to do with ICOs or the hype or any get rich investing advice.

@William Davis gotya. and does this add new revenue streams or magnify existing ones through software/blockchain?

@Ann Bellamy  maybe there is going to be something to this bitcoin stuff and blockchain.. although I read about scammers in that stuff too.

No offense to my real estate agents friends here but thinking out loud.Also, based on my little experience in Blockchain, I am sure that day is not far when we won’t be needing a tittle company and maybe an agent too to sell a house.

(disclaimer- this money these rentals give would have to be looked at as long term buy and holds and higher risk as its not my specialty and I cant even time the real estate market let alone a stock market or crypto/blockchain). ;) 

This has lead me to strongly believe that Bitcoin, and a few other blockchain projects will become increasingly popular over time. 

Blockchain and crypto solve issues and there's a lot going on in the background as we speak as far as systems, trading, and adoption.
